Please be informed that № 3 (9) - June 2020 of the professional journal of public administration and law "Expert: paradigm of law and public administration" was published.

In the current issue of the magazine you will get acquainted with the disclosure of theoretical aspects of the rights of judges as an integral element of their constitutional legal personality; with an analysis of the significance of the main determinants of the quality of higher education and areas for improving the content of some of the mechanisms of public administration to ensure the quality of educational activities and the quality of higher education; with the doctrinal study of intellectual property through the prism of public legal activity, namely administrative and legal protection; with the peculiarities of the application of coercive measures of an educational nature in relation to minors, in particular, controversial issues of the effectiveness of the appointment of such measures.
We invite you to publish articles in future issues of the publication.
Currently, up to до 4 (10) journals are being recruited.
The deadline for submitting articles is July 15, 2020.
