Romanenko Yevgeny Aleksandrovich Romanenko was recently awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Kyiv Regional State Administration for his personal contribution to the "Public Administration" branch, state and decentralization processes, high professionalism in the training of highly qualified specialists in the civil service and local Self-government and on the occasion of the Constitution Day of Ukraine.
