We would like to bring to your attention that the issue # 2 (8) – April 2020 of the specialty journal on law and public administration “Expert: Paradigms of Law and Public Administration” was published.
The issues of formation of effective and optimal models of structure of juvenile justice subjects are covered in the issue; experience of organization of public administration bodies conducting management, consulting, interaction, scientific and methodological support and practical realization of functions of juvenile justice in the USA, Great Britain, Republic of Belarus, Georgia is analyzed; the problems of formulation of basic concepts and deficiencies of the conceptual apparatus in the field of cyber security are considered; new innovations of the law in the sphere of prevention and counteraction to the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime are determined.
