Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

November 28, IAPM hosted a reportable scientific and practical conference on "Problems of the development of democratic statehood in the context of the world modernization processes of formation of national civil societies". This year, it was dedicated to the memory of the prominent Ukrainian independence fighter, Hero of Ukraine Levko Lukyanenko.

The conference was conducted by the Academy together with NGO "All-Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Public Administration" and the International Human Resources Academy.

The event was welcomed by IAPM Rector, Doctor of Laws, Professor M. Kurko, and the chairman of the NGO "All-Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Public Administration", Vice-Rector, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor E. Romanenko.

The conference was moderated by a full member of the International Personnel Academy, Honored Education Worker of Ukraine, Doctor of Political Science, Professor M. Holovatyi.

At the conference, a number of substantive scientific reports were published on topical issues in accordance with the topics of the conference. Among them: “On the Issue of the Poverty Factor in Ukraine” by E. Romanenko; "Prognostic Aspects of the Further Transformation of Public Administration in the Context of World Development of States and Societies" M. Holovatyi; "Cultural-humanistic Dimensions of Democratization and Modernization of Higher Education" by Yu. Melkov (Institute of Higher Education of NAPS of Ukraine); "Democratization of Statehood in the Context of Orientation of Governmental Structures to Improve the Quality of Life of Citizens" Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor G. Dmitrenko and candidate of pedagogical sciences N. Golovach; "Brief abstracts on political-cratological topics or "steps towards the authorities" when they ask us to do so" of Doctor of Political Science, Professor I. Varsar.

According to the results of the conference, a collection of scientific reports was published.
