Congratulations to Sergiy Vitaliyovych Pozniak, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Architectural Design at IAPM Institute for Design, Architecture and Journalism, for winning the 2019 annual Forum for the best creative work. The organizer of the competition is the Department of Public Communications of the KSCA executive body.

The Kyiv public community has always united around itself the best representatives of the Ukrainian intelligentsia, was the center of progressive thought, ensured the preservation of the Ukrainian word and the revival of national traditions and customs.
