07/17/2019, in the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management hosted the first organizational meeting of the specialized academic council K 26.142.06 with the right to accept and conduct the defense of theses for obtaining the scientific degree of the Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration in the specialty 25.00.02 "Mechanisms of Public Administration".
The meeting began with the greetings of the Chairman of the Specialized Academic Council, Professor of the Department of Public Administration of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Motrenko Timofiy Valentinovich.
At the first meeting of the specialized scientific council, the prospects of the work of council for 2019-2020 were discussed. Members of the council expressed various proposals for evaluating the quality of scientific research, regarding the verification of academic texts for text borrowing. There were discussed the creation of software to support the work of the council, which would collect all the necessary information about applicants, dissertations, managers, opponents, protection, etc. This would enable the automated mode to generate most of the required documents and significantly simplify the procedures for preparing for the protection and processing of documents after protection, to reduce the organizational difficulties of applicants.
