The Danube branch of PJSC "Higher Educational Institutions" IAPM "and the Izmail city-based department on probation signed a memorandum
Transitional changes in Ukrainian society, the reform of the Ukrainian state, aimed at establishing the principles of the rule of law, diversity and pluralism, the responsibility of the state to man and citizen, predetermine the reappraisal of priorities in the social world perception. The leading values are the human, its dignity and rights, democracy, social peace and well-being.
Legal education, which forms the legal culture and the legal consciousness of people, plays an important role in the transformation processes that are mentioned, transforming the ideals of goodness, legality and justice into the motivational factors of their behavior.
On November 1, 2017, the leadership of the PJSC "Higher Educational Institutions" of the PJSC "IAPM " together with the Izmail Municipal District Probation Department of the Southern Interregional Department for the Execution of Criminal Punishments and Probation of the Ministry of Justice signed a memorandum on joint scientific and creative and practical activities that would significantly expand the boundaries of professional development preparation of students of the branch and increase the level of training of employees of the Izhmil city-based department on probation on legal and economic issues.
The memorandum in the presence of representatives of student self-government was signed by the Director of the Branch, Professor Gumennikova Tamara Rudolfivna, and the Chief, Lieutenant Colonel of the Internal Service, Tyr Iryna Alexandrovna.

Through the content lines of "man-man", "man-society", "man-power", "man-nature" are taken into account in the content of joint activities with the Izmail city-based division on probation of the Southern Interregional Department for the execution of criminal penalties and probation of the Ministry of Justice are laid down in the expected results of the professional activity of future lawyers and already working professionals in joint plans of work.
