Special Course "Legal Interviewing & Counseling"
The concept of the special course "Legal Interviewing and Counseling" basically contains a variety of interactive training models aimed at developing a professional lawyer's skills. The educational process is essentially "played" by the teacher V. V. Shchokina with the students, since in his framework the situations of professional life of lawyers and legal practice are imitated when the content material is both scientific and practical.
So this time we have been working on a variety of issues, "Stages of Legal Interviews" with the participation of experienced lawyers, interesting interlocutors Gotisan G. I., Bostan J. I.: how to prepare for customer interviews, how to establish the first contact with the client, to find out the nature of his problem, to draw up legal organizational documents - applications, accounting journals; how to prepare a dossier for circulation and so on.
