IAPM staff discussed peculiarities of forensic research of literary works of a scientific nature
Recently, representatives of the Department of Public Administration of the IAPM took part in a methodological seminar "Forensic-expert research on literary works of a scientific nature: the question of methodology", which was organized by the Research Center for Forensic Examination on Intellectual Property.
The participants of the event were legal experts in the field of intellectual property, judges, lawyers, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the leadership of higher educational establishments and scientific institutions, and scientists.
The workshop is organized to exchange best practices for the introduction of new methods and technologies to ensure the development of a culture of scientific work in the context of modern information and technological developments.
At the seminar, the leadership of higher education institutions shared the experience of using software products to identify signs of unlawful borrowing in literary works with a scientific nature.
