During practice students carry out such tasks as: formation of a personnel strategy for improving the efficiency of work, the quality of educational services; planning of measures to improve the management system of educational establishments and educational departments; introduction of innovative methods in the management of the educational process and in making other managerial decisions; formation of psychological management methods for the analysis of specific managerial situations etc.
Students studied innovative means of effective use of personnel potential and assessment of the basic moral and professional qualities of staff, as well as developing a project of a rating system for the assessment of the staff of the educational institution.
