IAPM Students at the Employment Center
Students of the Department of Economics and Management visited the Izmail Municipal Employment Center in order to learn the skills of writing a resume.
The meeting has begun at 10 AM. The students were met very warmly and were immediately held an audience. The first stage of work was started by a specialist in vocational guidance Irina Igorivna Taran with a seminar on the practice of writing a resume. Students were introduced to the main traditional methods of writing a resume, as well as with additional creative techniques, such as resume with design, video resume, etc.
Next, Olga Trofimivna Suvorova, a specialist in the recruiting sector, introduced students to the practice of interviewing a candidate during their recruitment (based on the training of Natalya Lebediva).
