Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

Students and teachers of the Severodonetsk Institute of the PJSC "Higher Educational Institution "MAUP" became participants in the First Regional Conference on Career Guidance and Career Support for Youth and Development of Youth Human Resources, organized by the State Employment Service in Lugansk region.
The goal of the event was the formation of young people's desire to rationally determine the professional path, career growth and effective use of their forces, acquired knowledge in the interests of man and for the benefit of society.
During the conference, an educational exhibition took place - a presentation of the higher educational institutions of the region. Students of the Severodonetsk Institute IAPM handed out advertising booklets to graduates of educational institutions of I-II levels of accreditation, told about the advantages of studying at the Academy, answered questions of future entrants. At the end of the event, the representatives of the administration of the Severodonetsk Institute of IAPM took an active part in the work of the round table devoted to problems of vocational guidance among the youth of the region.
The conference was a serious step in the cooperation of higher education institutions with the State Employment Service.
