Judicial training session in civil case
In the Danube branch of IAPM, a training session on civil affairs was held.
Before the official phrase "Get up, the court is on!" was sounded, the director of the branch, Prof. Gumennikova T. R., addressed the students with a wish for fruitful work and success in resolving the matter.
The session was attended by law students under the guidance of the teacher Barladyan A.S. Arguments, legal terms ... And the debate between lawyers - Nikolai Atanasov and Dmitry Raichev exploded in earnest. Plaintiff Viktoria Cretu and the defendant Vladimir Solodovnik relied entirely on their representatives, and the witness of the plaintiff Roman Kazlangi strongly supported the "aggrieved party".
Those present were so carried away by the process and plunged into the trial that they did not notice how the bell rang and it was necessary to return to the "real world". All participants actively contributed to the creation and maintenance of the atmosphere of this trial.
Coming from the courtroom, the students were full of energy and energy for further professional work.
