Butter Week celebration at Severodonetsk Institute

On the eve Butter Week, the students of Severodonetsk Institute honored the traditions of the holiday. They erected the scarecrow of Winter, bid farewell to the cold, spoke their wishes about the spring, and took the scarecrow with fire. Then they were dancing around it.
After farewell to the winter, students could eat pancakes and cake. In our time, it is very important to keep these ancient light traditions, to feel the national color of the holiday and to participate in the festival.
