IAPM celebrated the 95th anniversary of the birth of Heydar Aliyev
Celebrations took place in the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management on the occasion of the first President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, 95th anniversary of the birth. The whole Azerbaijan world celebrates this day, recalling the invaluable contribution of this outstanding person to the development of not only the Azerbaijani state, but also the whole Eurasian space and the Islamic world.
The event on laying flowers to the monument to Heydar Aliyev began with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Azerbaijan Republic to Ukraine, Mr. Khudiyev, the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, Rostislav Georgievich Shchokin, the leadership of the educational institution, representatives of the Azerbaijani community, students and academics.
After this, a conference was opened at the Ukraine Concert Hall, which was opened by the rector of the Academy, Doctor of Law, Professor Nikolai Nestorovich Kurko.
