The Academy held a seminar for substituents directors of schools on the topic "Leadership"

On January 26, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management held a workshop for deputy directors of gymnasiums, lyceums, secondary and special schools on the theme of "Leadership".

The event was carried by Doctor of Psychology, Professor of Aliev Ukrainian-Azerbaijani Institute of Social Sciences and Self-governance Antonina Gris and candidate of psychological sciences, head of the psychology of Aliev Ukrainian-Azerbaijani Institute of Social Sciences and Self-governance Elena Shopsha.

At the seminar were discussed current issues of leadership in the interaction teacher-student. Psychologists have focused on the leadership structure of the school and on the requirements for a modern teacher. They also discussed the technology success and personality traits of the teacher-leader. Elena Shopsha and Antonina Gris shared with the participants Legacy creative practices that deputy directors could use during its work in educational institutions.

«Leadership must be learnt! Specifically school forms honest, fair and responsible leaders among school faculty. The development of an independent Ukrainian state, its flowering is only possible with well educated, deeply conscious citizenship leaders who cradle for future generations. It is the most important social order, the execution of which is the task of modern Ukrainian school", - says the director of the Center for coordination with educational institutions Irina Zubenko.

The seminar was held as part of a social project "Skills for the Future".
