April 25, 2019, the preliminary defense of diploma works of students of the department of vocational education and management of the IAPM educational institution took place: Bozhko T.S., Ivanova M.S., Korobkа V.A., Pasko A.A. Stolyar A.P. and Bubnova T.V.
Preliminary defense of theses contributed to the assessment of the level of preparation of theses by students. To this end, the head of the department Chaplay I.V. appointed a commission consisting of: associate professor Golovach N.V. and professors of the department Yousef N.N.
Each student tried himself in the presentation of his work and making a speech on the topic of his work, the teachers of the department made recommendations for further work.
Interesting scientific works were presented in defense, which are devoted to the construction of modern innovative models of educational institutions, the analysis of psychological aspects of personnel management in an educational institution, and the management of social and psychological conflicts in the teaching staff. When writing theses, students used methods of diagnosing problems of conflict and conflict situations; the results of the studies analyzed the causes of conflict situations in the teaching staff; revealed a behavioral style in conflict; an assessment of such a personality as resistance to conflict has been given; Shows how to manage conflict. Developed guidelines for conflict prevention in the teaching staff.
Also, students in their works investigated the features of individualization and differentiation in the process of learning foreign languages. They noted the importance of the teacher knowing the structural components of students' ability to learn foreign languages (motivation to learn foreign languages, long-term and short-term memory, verbal-logical thinking and phonetic perception) and the need for teacher's awareness of the dynamics of these qualities.
