On June 5, 2019, the defense of diploma papers of the students of the department of professional education and management of the educational institution of the IAPM took place: Bozhko T.S., Ivanova M.S., Korobky V.O., Pasko A.A., Stolyar O.P. and Bubnova T.V. and a comprehensive state examination on the specialty of educational degree "Master" in the specialty "Management", specialization of Management of an educational institution "correspondence form of training.
The chairman of the examination committee is Chernukha Nadezhda Nikolaevna, the doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor, professor of the department of social rehabilitation and social pedagogy of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

In their work, students considered modern methods of conflict resolution in the pedagogical team. It was noted that professional conflicts are eliminated by changing working conditions, organizing the educational process, making adjustments to the work of the school, etc. More complicated conflicts of personal incompatibility are eliminated. In such cases, the leaders choose the ways of resolving conflicts, in which the conflicting parties are forced to recognize the existence of a different point of view, another approach, manifestation of individual characteristics.
Among the areas of research in the master's work of students were considered the question of building a model of management of an innovative institution of education. Students discussed that special attention in the process of implementing an innovative management model in higher education institutions requires the use of the latest technologies for quality management of educational services. In this regard, it should be noted that one of the most common and effective modern concepts of quality management in the world is the concept of overall quality management (TQM)
The head of the department of vocational education and management of the educational establishment of the IAPM Zhukova Iryna Vitalievna noted that the master's work of students of the specialty "Management" was executed and protected on a high professional level.
