Defense of the research and pedagogical practice of the students of the department of professional education and management of the educational institution
On May 27, 2019, the defense of the research and pedagogical practice of the students of the department of professional education and management of the educational institution of the IAPM, which is taught in the specialty 073 "Management" took place.
The main bases of practice where students were able to acquire practical skills and knowledge were:
1. PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL STUDY "Economic-legal technical school at MAUP";
2. British International School;
3. Department of professional education and management of the educational institution of the IAPM.
During the defense, students reported on their acquired practical knowledge and skills in forming a person-oriented model of teacher training, which ensures the formation of creative potential, initiative and self-organization of a future specialist.
Students also noted that they had mastered the innovative technologies of making managerial decisions by the head, conditions of positive motivation of employees of the educational institution; progressive concepts and modern systems of management of an educational institution, education; forms and methods of personnel management; innovative technologies for the development of strategic and current plans for the activities of the educational institution and education sectors.
