According to pp. 2 Clause 7 of Section XV "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", pp. 47, 48, clause 4 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 16.10.2014 No. 630, Procedure for approval of decisions on the awarding of scientific degrees, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 19, 2015, No. 656, The procedure for awarding scientific degrees, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 24, 2013, No. 567, Regulations on the attestation board of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine dated 14.09.2011 . Number 1059, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 10.10.2011 g. By number 1169/19907, and based on the decision of the Certifying Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 12.12.2017 p. Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine ordered Lily Grinevich approve:

- the decision of the academic councils of institutions of higher education and scientific institutions on the awarding of the academic rank of the professor and issue a certificate of professor to a professor in the title of professor of the department of administrative, financial and banking law Roman Petrovich Kaidashev;

- the decision of the academic councils of institutions of higher education on the awarding of the academic rank of the senior lecturer and the issuance of the senior lecturer's certificates to the professors of the faculty of psychology Victor Ilarionovich VUS, associate professor of the department of personnel management and labor economics Svetlana Oleksandr Nazarko, associate professor of the Department of Public Administration Oleksandr Mykhailovych Nepomnyaschy, associate professor of the Olga Public Administration Department Volodymyrivna Chervyakova;

- the decision of the specialized academic councils on the awarding of the scientific degree of the doctor of sciences in the branches of science and in scientific specialties and to issue the diplomas of the doctor of sciences to the applicants of a scientific degree to the doctor of sciences on administrative law and process; financial law; informational law of Victoria Viktorovni Bondarenko and Alexander Dmitrievich Tereshchuk;

- the decision of the specialized academic councils on the awarding of the scientific degree of the candidate of sciences in the branches of science and in the field of scientific specialties and to issue the degrees of the candidate of sciences to the candidate of the scientific degree of the candidate of legal sciences, administrative law and process; financial law; information right to Denis Valerievich Ivanov and candidates of public administration sciences Olena Doroshenko, Anatoly Petrovich Mykolaycy, Oksana Radchenko, candidates of economics and business management studies Olena Yuryevna Zhukov and Valery Alexandrovich Kotlyarov.
