The government award was handed by Deputy Minister of State for the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Volodymyr Yaryslavovych Fedorchuk.
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IAPM Shkukin G. V., Director of the Department of Security, Defense, Justice and Corruption Prevention of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Pavlo Yakovlevych Pryhunov and members of the IAPM administration were also present at the solemn reception of Honorary Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
