Deputy Head of the Department of Professional Education and Management of the School took part in the scientific-practical conference
Deputy Head of the Department of Professional Education and Management of the Educational Institution of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor Ligotskiy Anatoliy Alekseevich took part in the II International Scientific and Practical Conference "Human Development in the Information Society and in the Knowledge Society", which took place on May 21, 2019 Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information.
The purpose of the conference is to reveal the importance of information and knowledge measurement in the process of forming a person on the basis of a new paradigm of civilizational development, as well as aspects of changing consciousness in the new conditions of socio-economic development.
The event was attended by leaders and representatives of higher education institutions, sectoral institutes, institutes of postgraduate education, scientists, teachers, psychologists, teachers, university students, representatives of business structures.
During the presentations, the participants of the event discussed about the formation of new approaches to management systems, upbringing and education, a new consciousness of children and youth. They raised problematic issues of integrating the national higher education system into the European educational space, which should start with the provisions of the European Commission communiqué “Europe 2020. A strategy for sound, sustainable and inclusive development” (EUROPE 2020 A strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth), including including by designing an innovative higher education model. Disclosure of problematic issues is aimed at the conceptualization of cognitive-communicative and informational-semiotic dimensions of designing an innovative model of higher education in the context of the development of society at the global and national levels.
Anatoliy Alekseevich noted that the long-term results of the implementation of international projects by universities in Ukraine are the introduction of innovative strategies for the modernization of the educational and research fields, internationalization, and the creation of a sustainable partnership between Ukrainian and foreign universities.
In general, the event was held at a high enough level.
