Meeting with lawyers in the Danube branch
Practical classes in the specialty course (by V. Shchokina), law students of the 4th year of the IAPM Danube branch were held with the participation of reputable representatives of the legal profession - lawyers Yankovsky O.P. and Radilov I.M. There was an interesting conversation about the nature and content of the work of the lawyer, the prospects and opportunities that the profession opens.
In her story Olena Petrivna paid attention to the preparation for an interview with the client (with the availability of preliminary information about the client's problem, in the absence of such information), meeting with the client, clarifying the rules of work, confidentiality of information received, development of the position in the case.
Radilov I. M. spoke about the organizational components of the work of the lawyer, the requirements of corporate culture.
