The purpose of the specialist training program is to provide higher education seekers with information in the field of public management and administration with an emphasis on critical thinking and practical research skills, development of competencies necessary for communication, cooperation, with wide access to employment; to prepare students for certain areas of public administration, which will give them the opportunity to work independently as experts, analysts, teachers, advisers and consultants.

The orientation of the program is  educational and professional .

The program is based on well-known scientific results, taking into account the current state of public management and administration, and focuses on relevant specializations, within which a further professional and scientific career is possible: advisor-consultant in state authorities, advisor-analyst on public administration.

-  Flexibility of thinking . Acquiring a flexible way of thinking, which makes it possible to understand and solve problems and tasks, while maintaining a critical attitude to established scientific concepts.

- Skills of criticality and self-criticism . The ability to carry out a critical analysis of one's own materials, and the brothers teach in scientific discussions, expressing and defending their own position.

- Ethical attitudes . Knowledge of the laws of Ukraine, the provisions of international and national professional codes that regulate the activity of a consultant. - Knowledge of basic philosophical methodological approaches:  Ability to apply knowledge of philosophy to find methods and methodology for solving specific scientific problems.
