Ambassador of Cuba to Ukraine became active member of IPA
The other day Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cuba to Ukraine Mr. Felix Leon Carbalio visited Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. During the visit in the festive atmosphere the Head of IAPM Supervisory Board George Shchokin delivered the distinguished guest a Certificate of the Active Member of the International Personnel Academy. IPA is a representative of interests of multinational education policy and unites people who stimulate raising educational and cultural level of nations, broaden international educational contacts.
It is well known that Ukraine and Cuba had established close educational and cultural relations long ago. In particular, Cuba has done a great deal for the improvement of health of Ukrainian children's who suffered as a result of Chernobyl nuclear disaster.
His Highness Mr. Felix Leon Carbalio thanked Presidium of the Academy for given honour: “I am happy to join this organization and this is a great honour for the Embassy of Cuba in Ukraine. This commits us to closer cooperation with the Academy in educational sphere.”
During the meeting, which passed in warm and friendly atmosphere, George Shchokin expressed a hope for establishing and developing relations in educational sphere.
