The XI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Development of Innovative Economy, Management and Education in the Conditions of a New Social Reality" and the IV All-Ukrainian Competition of Scientific Reports

On May 28–29, 2026, the XI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Development of Innovative Economy, Management and Education in the Conditions of a New Social Reality" and the IV All-Ukrainian Competition of Scientific Reports were held at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.

The plenary session of the conference took place on May 28, 2026.

The conference was co-organized by leading higher education institutions in Poland and Kazakhstan, which provided a broad international format for scientific dialogue.

The conference participants were welcomed by the Vice-President of the IAPM, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Serhiy Khrapatiy, who in his speech emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary scientific cooperation for the development of innovative economy, modern management and quality education in the face of global challenges. After the opening of the event, the attendees honored the memory of the defenders of Ukraine and all those who died as a result of Russian aggression with a minute of silence.

Magdalena Bergmann, Professor, Vice-Rector for International Relations, WSG University, delivered a welcoming speech.

The following reports were presented by the participants of the plenary session:

1. “Transformational public administration as a driver of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine”.

On May 28-29, the conference continued to be held at the institutes of the Academy.
