The III All-Ukrainian Competition of Scientific Reports

On May 21, 2025, a significant event took place at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management - the III All-Ukrainian Competition of Scientific Reports, which was traditionally held within the framework of the X International Scientific and Practical Conference “Development of Innovative Economy, Management and Education in the New Social Reality”.

The competition has become a platform for presenting topical scientific ideas, sharing experiences and interdisciplinary dialogue between students and young scientists from different regions of Ukraine.

The winners in two nominations were determined based on the results of the sections:

  •  “The best report among students”
  •  “The best report among young scientists”

Section “Development of governance mechanisms in the public and private sectors to ensure national sustainability”

The best reports among students:

 - Daniil Shestakov - “The essence of conflicts and ways to resolve them” (supervisor: Anna Bratus);

 - Marina Shyrytovych - “Comparative Characteristics of Organization Management Mechanisms” (supervisor: Oksana Sheremetynska);

 - Nataliia Danyliuk - “Foreign experience in strategic management of medical institutions: possibilities of adaptation in Ukraine” (supervisor: Hanna Kuzmenko);

 - Iryna Lyashenko - “Management of financial performance of a commercial bank” (supervisor: Halyna Kryshtal);

 - Oleg Dobrodziy - “Health Insurance as a Factor of National Security and Sustainability” (supervisor: Iryna Bryukhovetska);

 - Arthur Makovsky - “Effective team management in the face of change” (supervisor: Alla Kozlova);

 - Oleg Nikitin - “Modern business environment” (supervisor: Yulia Mazur);

 - Andriy Moisiyakha - “National Identity through the Prism of Military Rhetoric”;

- Hanna Kuzmenko - “Personnel shortage in Ukraine during the full-scale invasion” (leader: Alla Dakal);

 - Kyrylo Ganganov - “Outsourcing - offshoring, nearshoring and onshoring: what you need to know about the global choice of locations for business” (leader: Bratus Anna Anatoliyivna);

 - Oleksandr Salyuk-Kravchenko - “Development of public administration mechanisms in the energy sector as an element of ensuring national stability of the state” (supervisor: Semenets-Orlova Inna Andriivna);

Section “Humanistic aspects of personality and society development: personality in the context of global challenges of the XXI century”

Best report among students:

 - Yevhen Cherniak - “Tariffs as a lever of power: the US foreign policy game in the economic field” (supervisor: Olga Borinska);

The best report among young scholars:

 - Iryna Shklyaruk - “The Concept of Power in The Chronicles of Narnia: Genesis, Specificity, Profit Motives” (supervisor: Ishchenko Yevhen Oleksandrovych);

Section “The Role of National and International Legal Systems in the Formation of Modern Society”

 - Semen Fedorov - “Prevention of offenses among young people through legal education”;

 - Diana Kerimova - “International Law in Hybrid Conflicts: Challenges to the Principle of Sovereignty and the Prohibition of the Use of Force”;

Best Reports among Young Scientists:

- Valentyna Chuenko - “Characterization of the standards and regulatory framework of the European Union in the field of artificial intelligence”;

 - Yevhen Bohdanov - “The case law of the ECHR in the legal field of Ukraine: from declarative to binding”;

Section “Modern aspects of national security”
