Actual problems of modern management discussed at the Odessa Institute of IAPM
On November 23, 2017, the 11th All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference on International Participation on the topic "Actual problems of modern management in socio-economic, humanitarian and technical systems" was held at the Odessa Institute of IAPM. The conference was attended by 62 people.
The conference was opened in. at. Director of the Institute Professor Karakasidi Elena Fedorivna. Head of the Indian Diaspora in Odessa Kulmyt Singh and acting Gorgota Olesya Bogdanovna, the director of the Poltava Center for Distance Learning of the PJSC "Higher Educational Institution" IAPM", greeted the participants of the conference on behalf of the guests.
The plenary session considered the problems of land reform, public administration and the development of the presidential institution in Ukraine. At the plenum were the head of the State Land Cadastre Department of the General Directorate of the State Geocodistre in the Odessa region professor MKA Kuznetsov Mikhail Semenovich, candidate of political sciences, associate professor of the Department of Philosophy and Social and Humanitarian Sciences of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs Pleshkov Konstantin Yevgenovich, and also candidate of medical sciences associate professor of the Department of Humanitarian and Social Sciences of the Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the Presidents and Ukraine Litvak Akim Izrailovich.
After brewing coffee and co-photographing, the work is continued in two sections. In section 1 «Actual problems of modern management, economic, logistical and technical problems of management activity» the results of researches of modern problems of marketing, development of the banking sector, project management, providing of economic safety of the enterprise, improvement of the permissive system in the field of tourism are considered.
Speeches in section 2 "Political-legal, historical, cultural and psychological aspects of governance. Innovative approaches in the management of education "is devoted to the analysis of issues of forming the value sphere of student youth, the quality of governance in state authorities, the decentralization of power in Ukraine as an element of STRATEGY 2020, global environmental problems, the analysis of the events of the Ukrainian national revolution of centenary antiquity, normative regulation of the responsibility of the authorities bodies in the field of maritime transport. The problems of peculiarities of the study of conflicts in the family and professional ethics are also analyzed. Student's scientific reports were devoted to problems of financial management, banking, development of crypto-exchange bitcoins, risk management, analysis of conflicts in tourism management, implementation of ILO conventions, updating of the problem of terrorism in the conditions of globalization, analysis of the causes of deviant behavior of adolescents.
Our guests were the scientific and pedagogical workers of the ONU named after I. I. Mechnikov, the Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, the Odessa National Maritime University, the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs, the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, the practice, postgraduate students Specialists and students from Poland, Germany and India also took part in the video conference during the international conference.
It is pleasant to note that our scientists have followers: the conference was attended by undergraduate students and senior students of ONU named after II Mechnikov, Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Odessa Institute of IAPM.
The participants noted that in the current difficult conditions of the geopolitical crisis, the financial and economic crisis, the unpublished "hybrid" war, the country is trying to move forward, implement the provisions of the Association Agreement with the European Union and the Free Trade Area with the EU, the reform of the 2020 Strategy and become on the path of innovation development. The reform of justice, the National Police, the Prosecutor's Office, reform of the Pension Fund, the Educational Reform, the Medical Reform, and others. Actual is the search for optimal views of decentralization of power, reforms in various sectors of governance. Thus, the theme of the institute research work "Actual problems of modern management" will have enormous potential for scientific researches and in subsequent years.
