Knowledge Day at Khmelnytskyi Institute
On September 2, the Khmelnytskyi Institute celebrated the Day of Knowledge. Students, parents, teachers and guests gathered at the site before the institute.
Knowledge Day is the beginning of a new academic year for millions of boys and girls who are full of strength and energy to acquire knowledge and acquire new professions, as tomorrow they will have a learning audience, exciting student life, and new friends. Every year on this day we see the happy faces of boys and girls whose dreams have become reality - they have become students. The team sincerely congratulated the first-year students on the celebration dedicated to the Day of Knowledge, within the walls of the Khmelnytskyi Institute named after His Beatitude Volodymyr, Metropolitan of Kyiv and all Ukraine of IAPM.
Director of the Institute Leonid Grygorovych Bilyi addressed the audience. He marked that today IAPM is a leader in non-governmental education of Ukraine, and its students—a thousand-strong army, striving for knowledge, self-improvement, self-education, the desire to be a person, a capital person. The student body of the Academy has its own Code of Honor, which provides for the upbringing of will and character under the high slogan "Serving God and Motherland". To be a IAPM student is an honor. An honor based on the observance of traditional standards of national Ukrainian morality. The students of the Academy are exceptionally honest, have a clear understanding of the hierarchy of values, humanity, national solidarity, charity, kindness, honesty, have a high level of culture of communication, oriented on moral and spiritual leadership.
All good and noble deeds begin with God and prayer. Therefore, the teacher of the Department of Ukrainian Orthodoxy and Theology, Archpriest Father Sergiy conducted a festive prayer service and blessed the students in a good way.
On this day, another stage of life, unpredictable but beautiful, has begun for students. And the main thing for them today is training. And this is not an easy task. Therefore, the teachers wished the students to receive the best emotions and the most useful knowledge from the student life!
