A scientific and practical seminar entitled “The effectiveness of the internal education quality assurance system at the Khmelnytsky Institute of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management” was held
As part of the ongoing scientific and practical seminar “Ensuring the Quality of Education at the Khmelnytsky Institute of the MAUP,” a discussion was held on January 25 on the effectiveness of the internal quality assurance system at the Khmelnytsky Institute of the MAUP. The seminar was moderated by Valentina Parandiy, Deputy Director responsible for quality assurance in education.
The purpose of the educational and practical seminar was to determine the effectiveness of the internal education quality assurance system implemented at the Khmelnytsky Institute of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management and ways to improve it through a comprehensive self-assessment of all components of the system.
The development of an internal quality assurance system is an integral part of the educational process at the Khmelnytsky Institute of the IAPM, which allows for the improvement of educational and management processes. The institute not only teaches students, but also learns and develops itself, building its own strategy and unique goals. The component that allows the strategy to be implemented and these goals to be achieved is the internal education quality assurance system.
The internal education quality assurance system promotes the growth of a culture of improving the quality of the educational process and should ensure the sustainable development of the Institute.
The basic principles of the internal education quality assurance system of the Khmelnytsky Institute of the IAPM are the Mission, the IAPM Development Strategy, and the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG).
The Khmelnytsky Institute of the IAPM is an institution focused on the holistic development of young people based on the internationalization and integration of education and practice in accordance with the principles of creative freedom, academic integrity, and freedom from discrimination.
