The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) has officially become an Individual Full Member of the EUA Council for Doctoral Education (EUA-CDE), one of Europe’s leading networks dedicated to advancing doctoral education and research training.
According to the official confirmation issued on 21 May 2026, IAPM was admitted as an Individual Full Member of EUA-CDE, joining a community of universities and higher education institutions committed to excellence in doctoral education, research supervision, and researcher development across Europe.
The EUA Council for Doctoral Education operates under the umbrella of the European University Association and serves as a key platform for collaboration, policy dialogue, and the exchange of best practices in doctoral education. Membership in EUA-CDE provides IAPM with new opportunities to engage in European discussions on doctoral education, participate in specialized events and professional networks, establish partnerships with leading universities, and contribute to the development of innovative approaches to doctoral training. The membership will also support the Academy’s ongoing internationalisation efforts and further integration into the European Higher Education Area and the European Research Area.
The admission to EUA-CDE represents another important milestone in IAPM’s strategic development and its commitment to strengthening research capacity, enhancing the quality of doctoral education, and expanding international academic cooperation. It also reflects the Academy’s growing international recognition and dedication to implementing European standards and best practices in higher education and research.
The official admission of IAPM to the EUA Council for Doctoral Education was confirmed by Mr. Simon Marti, Head of the EUA Council for Doctoral Education, who welcomed the Academy to the network and expressed confidence in its future contributions to the shared mission of advancing doctoral education and research training in Europe.
