Guest of Discussion Club - Victor Suhomlin
October 16, Director of Kyiv Employment Center Viktor Suhomlin visited IAPM Discussion Club.
Victor Suhomlin is Director of Kyiv Employment Center. Higher education: in 1985 he graduated from the Kyiv higher engineering college, specialty - Automated control systems. In 2007, he graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade, specialty - Management. Works in the civil service employment since 2008. He works as director from 16 March 2011. Candidate in elections to Kyiv City Council.
At the meeting, Viktor Borisovich spoke about the situation in the labor market, internal migration and legislative basis of unemployment problem in Ukraine.
Viktor Borisovich spoke of the urgent need to employ university graduates.
"We deal with the new Law of Ukraine "On Employment". I lobby on the issue of employment on the first job "- said Suhomlin.
Director of the Kyiv Employment Center noted that creation of such a program should motivate employers by providing incentives. During the meeting, students and teachers of the Academy put many exciting questions to Viktor Borisovich. In the end rector of scientific and educational work of IAPM Mykola Holovaty gave Victor Suhomlin Dictionary "Social Policy and Social Work" and Terminological dictionary of management.
After the speech, Viktor Suhomlin met with the leadership of IAPM and discussed the main directions of educational cooperation between the Academy and the Kyiv Employment Center.
