On the organization and holding of the All-Ukrainian conference with international participation "Innovative technologies as the basis of professional development of the individual"
On May 29, 2026, as part of the celebration of the Days of Science and on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Khmelnytsky Institute of the IAPM, the Department of Tourism and Fundamental Training held the All-Ukrainian conference with international participation "Innovative technologies as the basis of professional development of the individual".
More than 120 scientists took part in the conference: teachers, postgraduate students, higher education students, and representatives of student youth. The event was co-organized by UNIWERSYTET BIELSKO-BIALSKI and the Khmelnytskyi Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy.
The conference participants were welcomed by Parandiy V.O., Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, Director of the Khmelnytskyi Institute of the PJSC "Higher Educational Institution "Interregional Academy of Personnel Management", Bilyi L.H., Chairman of the Academic Council of the Khmelnytsky Institute of the PJSC "Higher Educational Institution "Interregional Academy of Personnel Management", Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor.
Introductory words were presented by Ernest Zawada, Dr. habil., Professor, Dean of the Social and Humanities Faculty of the University of Bielsko-Biała (Republic of Poland), Ewa Kochanowska, Dr. habil., Professor, Dissertator of the Institute of Pedagogy of the University of Bielsko-Biała (Republic of Poland).
Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism and Fundamental Training of the Khmelnytsky Institute of the IAPM Lyudmila Oleksandrivna Savchuk was the conference moderator.
Reports were heard on the current problems of digital transformation of education (Hryhoruk P.M., Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Economics, Analytics, Modeling and Information Technologies in Business of Khmelnytskyi National University); management of learning in the process of professional development of education seekers (Kalaur S.M., Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Social Work and Social Pedagogy, Head of the Center for Postgraduate Education of the Volodymyr Hnatyuk Ternopil National Pedagogical University); formation of intercultural communication as a component of professional growth of the individual (Stolyarenko O.V., Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Professional Education and Management of Educational Institutions of the Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University); impact of artificial intelligence on modern education: problematic aspects (Verlanov Yu.Yu., Ph.D. in Economics, Professor, Professor of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, Mykolaiv).
During the conference, discussions were held on the current problems of ensuring resilience and retaining personnel in the HR engineering system (Vedernikov M.D., Doctor of Economics, Professor, Academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, Head of the Department of HR Engineering in Business Economics of KhNU; Volyanska-Savchuk L.V., Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of HR Engineering in Business Economics of KhNU). An exchange of experience was carried out between scientists, students, lyceum students and practitioners (Romanyuk Olga, Kremenetska Sofia, Chernushkina O.O.).
The participants were greatly interested in the reports of colleagues Ovchinnikova O.R., Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Center for Migration Studies at the University of Warsaw and Kolomiiets O.M., Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism and Fundamental Training of the Khmelnytsky Institute of PrJSC "Higher Education Institution "Interregional Academy of Personnel Management".
