Khmelnytskyi Institute visited the chairman of the Khmelnytsky regional department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Vitaliy Oluyko
Vitaliy Mykolayovych met with law students and lecturers and presented his book "Human Resources Management in a Decentralization", which he prepared and published with the assistance of the Council of Europe Program "Decentralization and Territorial Consolidation in Ukraine".
Vitaly Mykolayovych Oluyko - Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor; former rector of Khmelnytsky University of Management and Law, former cheirman of Khmelnytsky regional state administration. Deputy of Khmelnytsky Regional Council (since 2006); Member of the delegation of Ukraine to the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg (France), Chairman of the Khmelnytsky Regional Department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Being an Academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences of Public Administration, Vitaliy Oluyko is the author of many scientific papers on public administration, in particular:
