IAPM and the Union of Experts of Ukraine Sign a Memorandum of Cooperation
The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) and the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Union of Experts of Ukraine” have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at developing educational, professional, and expert collaboration.
The document was signed by Rostyslav Heorhiiovych Shchokin, President of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, and Ihor Vadymovych Starodubov, President of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Union of Experts of Ukraine.”
The signing of the Memorandum marks an important step in developing a partnership between an educational institution and the professional expert community. The cooperation is intended to combine the Parties’ capabilities in the training, retraining, and professional development of specialists, as well as in conducting scientific and methodological activities in the fields of property and property rights valuation, professional valuation activities, forensic examination, and expert research.
Educational Cooperation and Professional Competence Development
One of the key areas defined by the Memorandum is the organisation of joint educational activities. Their purpose is to help meet the demand for qualified professionals and create additional opportunities to improve the quality of professional education.
Of particular importance in this context is the combination of theoretical training with practical knowledge and skills. The involvement of representatives of the professional expert community in educational activities makes it possible to strengthen the practical component of training and familiarise participants with contemporary approaches to professional practice.
Experts will be able to participate in IAPM educational activities covering property and property rights valuation, professional valuation activities, forensic examination, and expert research. The participation of representatives of the Union of Experts of Ukraine in seminars, conferences, expert research, and other activities organised by the Academy within the agreed areas of cooperation is also envisaged.
Scientific, Methodological, and Information Cooperation
The Memorandum provides for cooperation in organisational and analytical activities, education, and information support.
The Parties have agreed to develop their partnership based on the principles of equality, legality, mutual respect, consideration of mutual interests and the interests of society, efficiency, and rationality.
An important component of the cooperation will be information support for joint initiatives. The Academy and the Union of Experts of Ukraine will contribute to sharing information about the implementation of their cooperation through their respective information resources.
New Opportunities for Education and Professional Development
The signing of the Memorandum provides a foundation for further development of joint educational and professional projects. The involvement of the expert community in IAPM educational activities will contribute to expanding opportunities to acquire practical knowledge, receive professional consultations, and become familiar with contemporary approaches in expert and valuation activities.
