Interactive Lecture on «Administrative Procedure»
On December 5, 2025, Associate Professor D.V. Chasovnykov from the Department of Administrative, Financial and Banking Law delivered an interactive lecture on “Administrative Procedure” for members of the local community of Kyiv and Kyiv region.
The lecture addressed both theoretical and practical aspects of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure,” highlighting its importance in ensuring transparent, predictable, and accountable public administration procedures. Participants received a structured overview of the legal status of administrative bodies, the rights and responsibilities of parties involved in administrative proceedings, the core principles governing administrative procedure, and the formal requirements for administrative acts.
The event contributed to strengthening legal awareness, promoting the rule of law, and encouraging civic engagement within the local community. By enhancing understanding of modern administrative law standards, the lecture supported more effective interaction between individuals and public authorities, fostering good governance, institutional transparency, and improved access to justice.
