Leadership of the department of vocational education and management of institution of the IAPM took part in the Baltic Symposium-Conference
On September 20, the leadership of the department of vocational education and management of the institution of the IAPM took part in the Baltic Symposium-Conference "Intellectual Economy, Management and Education", which was held in Vilnius (Lithuania), at Mykolas Romeris University.
The purpose of the event is to discuss fundamental, practical and methodological issues of public governance, economics, law, education, sociology, etc.
At the plenary session, the participants of the symposium-conference discussed the nature, prerequisites, and specificities of cooperation pedagogy as an important educational concept based on wide application in education and personal development. It was noted that today, the use of managerial targeting, optimality, managerial intensification of the process of providing educational services can improve the performance of the modern head of an educational organization. The importance of managerial functions of an educational organization's in market conditions of providing educational services was highlighted.
After the plenary session the work of the conference was held in sections:
Section 1. Public governance and policy.
Section 2. Management, economy, and finance.
Section 3. Service and administration scope.
Section 4. Education and pedagogy.
Section 5. Legal systems and international relations.
The participants discussed the fact that in Ukraine, new approaches to the development of education cause an intense increase in attention to the competencies and qualifications of the heads of educational institutions because the modern managers are intended to implement educational changes.
All the reports were original, interesting, and informative. Scientists have made considerable efforts to reveal the essence of their research.
