Roundtable "Ways of Consolidating Ukrainian Society"
By the 100th anniversary of the Unification Act of the UPR and WUPR during the exhibition action on the Day of Unity of Ukraine, the Odessa Institute of Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, together with the Odessa National Scientific Library, hosted a round table entitled "Ways of Consolidation of Ukrainian Society".
The meeting of the round table was attended by leading scientists of the OI IAPM, ONU named after I. Mechnikov, representatives of ONNB.
Elena Karakasidi, Ph.D. in Public Administration, Doctor of Philosophy in Law, Professor of the International Personnel Academy, Director of the OI IAPM addressed the guests with a welcoming speech, and he sincerely congratulated those present on the upcoming state holiday - the Day of Unity of Ukraine and noted the urgency events for the further consolidation of our society.
Oleksiy Dombrovsky, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, ICA Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of General Law and International Law of the I. Mechnikov ONU, professor of the Chair of Legal Sciences of the OI IAPM in his report recreated a coherent picture of the history of Ukraine at the beginning of the XX century, the conditions for which the Zluky Act was proclaimed and the idea of the Unity in the modern Ukrainian dimension was embodied.
Valentina Kolesnikova, the leading librarian of the UNESCO, presented a collection of books of the book-illustrative exhibition "To the 100th Anniversary of the Law of Unity of the UPR and WUPR" from the ONNB Foundation, paying attention to the latest domestic scientific research.
Dmitriy Chinarov, librarian of the Department of Storage and Scientific Research of the ONNB Foundation, told the profound scientific articles from the pages of periodicals that reproduce the stormy events of the Ukrainian liberation struggles of 1917-1921.
The peculiarities of identity of Ukrainians were revealed by Elena Zolotaryova, associate professor of the ICA, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines, OI IAPM.
Iryna Kolomiets, candidate of psychological sciences, associate professor of the department of general scientific disciplines of IAPM told about the peculiarities of the mental unity of Ukrainians.
A successful debut was the performance of Margarita Mahonina, a student of the 3rd year specialization "Law" of IAPM Odessa Institute, the chairman of the Student Council and the "Themis" Club, who spoke the language: "Language as a factor in the consolidation of society".
At the end of the event, the abstract work of teachers and students was conducted on the basis of the latest publications.
