According to Art. 50 of the Law of Ukraine “On Education” dated 09/05/2017 No. 2145-VIII: “The pedagogical worker undergoes regular certification at least once every five years, except as required by law.” The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management on the basis of the Department of Vocational Education and School Management organizes the qualification courses by program “THE REALITY OF THE IMPOSSIBLE: SCHOOL WITHOUT PROBLEMS”
The program is designed for 74 hours and includes 6 modules:
1. Legal regulation of educational institutions in the context of reforming their structure and status: innovations and development prospects
2. Features of planning, organizing and financing the activities of modern educational institutions of various forms of ownership according to the concept of the NSE with examples of best practices
3. Modern information and communication technologies in education
4. Agents of change (Psychological component of effective management of an educational institution)
5. Rebenkocentrism as a basis for competence (Psychological component of work with students)
6. Pedagogy of partnership (Psychology of effective interaction of participants in the process of school education)
