Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

IAPM pays special attention to the employment of its graduates. Measures that promote employment of graduates include:

• Internships in organizations and institutions of all forms of ownership in accordance with the directions of student training.
• Conducting surveys twice a year regarding the employment of IAPM graduates.
• Working with stakeholders to form new promising areas of training.

The results of the last survey gave the following indicators:

• 5488 graduates
• 4,535 were surveyed
• got a job after graduation 3676
• unemployed 378
• 454 continued their studies
• disabled 27
