IAPM signed an agreement with Times Higher Education
In June 2025, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (hereinafter referred to as IAPM) signed a strategic agreement with Times Higher Education (hereinafter referred to as THE), which provides the Academy with full access to THE DataPoints, the world's leading platform for analytics of higher education performance indicators.
The agreement was signed by MAUP President, Professor Rostislav Shchokin, Doctor of Law, and Anna Orlova, Regional Director of THE in the United Kingdom and Europe.
This partnership is an important step towards further internationalisation, improving the quality of education and strengthening the international presence of MAUP. Access to the THE DataPoints platform will enable the Academy to analyse its own institutional performance in a global context, refine its development strategies and improve its performance in international rankings.
‘We are proud to collaborate with Times Higher Education and join the global network of universities using DataPoints. This tool will be an important component in strategic decision-making and harmonising IAPM's activities with international standards,’ said IAPM Vice President Mykhailo Goncharenko during a meeting with THE management at the Global Congress on Sustainable Development in Higher Education, organised by THE and the Turkish Council of Higher Education.
The partnership with THE strengthens IAPM's position as a modern leading higher education institution focused on quality, innovation and international cooperation.
