Meeting of the IAPM Student Parliament
On May 13, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management hosted a regular meeting of the Student Parliament – an important event for the student community, as students of the Academy not only pursue their studies but also actively contribute to shaping their educational environment.
The meeting was opened by the President of the Student Parliament, Vladyslav Kryvovyaz. The agenda included four key issues related to the internal structure and effectiveness of the Academy’s student self-government bodies.
Among the main decisions were:
- Approval of the Regulations on Student Curators – an important step toward improving communication among students and supporting first-year students during their adaptation to university life.
- Voluntary resignation of several department heads and deputy heads.
- The merger of the Educational Department and the Cultural Department – a strategic decision aimed at improving the implementation of student initiatives.
- Announcement of elections for new department heads, opening opportunities for new leaders and ideas.
The meeting concluded on a constructive note, with inspiration for new ideas and future initiatives.
Meetings like this is more than a formal procedure. It demonstrates that our students are ready to take responsibility and contribute to meaningful change. That is why student self-government remains the living heart of IAPM.
