Youth Forum “Place of Strength – My Community”
On November 25, the Youth Forum “Place of Strength – My Community” took place in Khmelnytskyi, bringing together more than 60 active and motivated young people from the local community. The forum was organized by the Youth Center team in cooperation with the Department of Youth and Sports of the Khmelnytskyi City Council and the Youth Council.
The central part of the event consisted of discussion panels dedicated to community development, personal responsibility, strengthening national identity, and visions for the future of Ukraine.
Speakers from a range of socially important sectors joined the discussions, including government, the veterans’ movement, education, culture, and business. Participants had the opportunity to be inspired by success stories, discover new ideas, and gain motivation to develop their own initiatives.
The program also included interactive activities, networking, idea exchange, and creative performances, which helped create an atmosphere of trust and cooperation.
The Youth Forum “Place of Strength – My Community” significantly strengthened the synergy between young people and the local community and became an important step in the development of youth policy.
It was a great honor to receive an award of appreciation from Mayor Oleksandr Symchyshyn for contributing to the development of student self-government, supporting student initiatives, and on the occasion of International Students’ Day.
