According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers, MAUP is building a new student dormitory in Kyiv

This year, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management plans to build a new modern dormitory for its students in Kyiv.

This is reported by the press service of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.

The management of the MAUP has started the process of building a dormitory in order to implement the Concept of the State Targeted Social Program for the Restoration and Development of a Network of Dormitories for Residence of Students of Higher Education Institutions for 2022-2026, which was adopted by the government on August 26, 2021.

A new nine-story dormitory, as well as a three-story administrative building, are being built at the request of students who face serious problems finding housing in the capital.

MAUP received all permits for construction works. The corresponding permit of the State Architectural and Construction Inspection of Ukraine for construction work No. ИУ013210827761 was received on September 7, 2021 year The object is called: "Construction, operation and maintenance of an administrative and educational building with a building for temporary accommodation (accommodation) of teachers and students at the address: 2 Frometivska St. in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv".

Construction of a student dormitory has begun on a plot of land with an area of 40 hectares (cadastral number – 8000000000:79:078:0008), which MAUP has been renting since 2003 and where the Academy temporarily arranged the Park of Trypil culture and erected a monument to Svyatoslav the Brave.

The buildings of the dormitory and the administrative building will occupy an area of 10 acres. A recreation area for both students and local residents will be created on the remaining 30 acres. In particular, the park of Trypil culture, which was located on this territory, will be restored.

Construction of a new dormitory will save higher education students from problems with finding housing in Kyiv, as well as simplify the process of their education: their housing will be located directly next to the MAUP educational buildings.
