In industrialized countries, 80-95% of GDP growth falls on the share of new knowledge embodied in technology and technology. The volume of world trade in licenses for intellectual property is increasing by 12% annually. Each year, the volume of exports of science-intensive products brings the United States on average about 700 billion dollars, Germany - 500 billion dollars, Japan - 400 billion dollars.
