Conference "Intellectual activity and modern tendencies of its development"
On May 28, 2019, at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law named after. Prince Volodymyr the Great held an international scientific and practical conference on the theme "Intellectual activity and modern trends of its development".
The field of intellectual property is a collection of industries and types of social activities that do not directly participate in the creation of material goods. These industries produce a unique product - intellectual. It is such a product that is necessary for the effective functioning of material production. In industrialized countries, 80-95% of GDP growth falls on the share of new knowledge embodied in technology and technology. The volume of world trade in licenses for intellectual property is increasing by 12% annually. Each year, the volume of exports of science-intensive products brings the United States on average about 700 billion dollars, Germany - 500 billion dollars, Japan - 400 billion dollars.
