March 29 the chief doctor of the Kyiv City Health Center, MD Otto Stojka visited Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. Otto Alexandrovich read a lecture on the topic "Relations between the youth today: how to build a happy relationship?".

At the beginning of the lecture chief physician noted that the sexual culture is closely linked with the ability to communicate:

 "The psychological, physical and social maturity are central to creating a relationship between a man and a woman".

During the lecture, Otto Alexandrovich gave recommendations of the leading psychologists of the world how to build interpersonal relationships. According to the head physician, one of the most effective exercises is test of the partners. It offers to scale every sentence from 1 to 10 points:

• he / she shows care and prudence;
• he / she shows warmth and love;
• he / she shows sympathy and understanding;
• he / she will never interfere my personal space;
• He / she is always ready to express support;
• he / she is acting openly and honestly;
• he / she keeps me on an equal footing;
• he / she treats me with respect;
• he / she is trustworthy;
• he / she shares with me thoughts and suggestions.

After scoring the partners they needed to share their lists and determine what needs each of them has in the relationship.

Also Otto Alexandrovich also gave the students some tips on building relationships at the very beginning by illustrating scenes from the movie "Hitch". He finished the lecture with a quote from the movie:

"Remember that life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away!"
