Shevchenko Days at the Academy. Excursion to the Shevchenko National Reserve
Every year, March 9-10, the Shevchenko Days are held, during which both in Ukraine and in other countries remember the work of the great Ukrainian Kobzar - Taras Shevchenko - poet, prose writer and artist.
If there are holy places in Ukraine, then Kaniv is undoubtedly one of them. For millions of people all over the world the city of Kaniv is associated with the name of the great Ukrainian - Taras Shevchenko, the place of his eternal rest - Taras Shevchenko Mountain.
This educational excursion introduced the students of the Academy to the life and work of one of the legendary Ukrainian poets. During the excursion, the students climbed Taras Shevchenko Mountain, visited the Taras Shevchenko Museum and Taras Shevchenko room, saw an amazing view of the mighty Dnipro.
