A scientific and practical seminar was held “COOPERATION WITH STAKEHOLDERS AS AN IMPORTANT CONDITION FOR ENSURING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AT THE KHMELNYTSKY INSTITUTE OF MAUP: EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCE”
The purpose of the educational and practical seminar was to exchange experience between departments in matters of cooperation with stakeholders, which makes it possible to improve the quality of the educational process and the training of highly qualified specialists.
At the Khmelnytsky Institute of the IAPM, cooperation with stakeholders is of great importance for the formation of applied professional competencies.
The departments of the Institute actively cooperate with institutions and enterprises of various industries, which help to improve the educational programs of the first bachelor's level and the second (master's) levels of higher education implemented at the Institute. Cooperation with stakeholders makes it possible to conduct production and project practices, where students improve and expand their professional knowledge, participate in competitions and projects. Cooperation with stakeholders makes it possible to improve the programs of the department's disciplines.
The modern educational environment provides higher education students with a unique opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, creating a free platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience between the academic community, business and young scientists. This cooperation is important both for the educational process and for preparing future specialists for the requirements of the modern labor market.
In the process of working meetings, mutual learning and knowledge exchange take place. Higher education students, cooperating with employers, have a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, study real problems and requirements that future specialists face. For their part, they can bring academic knowledge and ideas, contributing to innovations and solving practical problems.
