The first event was held in 1999. Tradition of celebrating quickly "settled down" in the leading European countries and the festival became an annual event.

Therefore, May 27th, Academy students went on an excursion to the picturesque corner of Ukraine - a landscape park in the village of Buki in Skvirsky district, Kyiv region!

Landscape Park Buki has comely landscapes and unexpected architectural solutions with a large number of sculptures, waterfalls, gazebos, lanterns, trees, dam with wooden walkways, the temple complex. The idea of creating a paradise belongs to Ivan Suslov, General Director of Agrocorporation "Skvira". Inspired by his dream, Ivan has built a complex with landscaped park, a block of castles and family-type orphanage. The main purpose is creation of a large family and spiritual development of children who would attend his father's house when they grow up.

The tour started from the temple complex, which was built in 1999 on the river. According to the guide, complex consists of a monument of mercy, strength of spirit and architecture. Tourists also saw the Cross in honor of those who died for our country in the Second World War (1941-1945). They walked through the central square with blooming avenue ans was the fountain "Peoples Friendship" which graced Independence Square until the 90s.

"It could have turned into scrap metal, if Suslov had not saved it. In 2007 he managed to pass the fountain to the village of Buki as a relic of the Ukrainian people. And in 2011, we celebrated the opening of the fountain", - said the guide Ivan.

To get to the fabulous world of landscaped park and see a little Venice with its mythical griffins, students had to pass through the dam with a waterfall. This unique area attracts by the fact that passing the dam creates the effect as if a person stands on the water, because of an iron track that is located very close to the water.

Next, students saw fairy tales, massive oak fairy, pegasus, dragons, pirates, octopus, storks and gnomes. All the tourists were pleasantly delighted with a mini-zoo which is inhabited by bears, lions, sheep, deer and pheasants.

After an interesting excursion the students rode a catamaran and enjoyed the beauty of the park.
