IAPM students joined the First All-Ukrainian Bioblitz – 2025
From May 19 to June 8, 2025, students of our university took an active part in the First All-Ukrainian Bioblitz — a large-scale natural science initiative aimed at studying the biodiversity of Ukraine using the iNaturalist platform.
During the bioblitz, participants photographed wild plants, animals, and mushrooms, uploaded observations to the iNaturalist app, joining the international scientific community. University students not only expanded their own knowledge of biology and ecology, but also contributed to the study and conservation of Ukraine's nature.
The project paid special attention to youth participation, and our students adequately represented their region, making dozens of observations and identifying rare species of flora and fauna.
Participating in the bioblitz was a great opportunity for students to engage in citizen science, gain practical skills, and feel part of a larger environmental community.
